The back and seat feature an 18 mm thick molded plywood base (12 mm outer + 6 mm inner) formed in a bucket shape, topped with PU (polyurethane) molded foam with a density of 60 ± 5 kg/m³ on the back and 57 ± 5 kg/m³ on the seat. It also includes a headrest cushioned with PU molded foam of the same density (60 ± 5 kg/m³), fixed to the chair bucket. An aluminum die-cast armrest structure with a mirror-buff–finished surface, including a curved wooden pad with a melamine finish in a fixed-type design, is fixed to both the back and the seat. The chair bucket is designed with a centre-tilt mechanism having a single locking position and a torsion-bar spring tension adjustment for tilt control. A height adjustment is facilitated by a chrome finished 60mm stroke Class 3 gas spring lift, ensuring smooth and stable height control. A sturdy 5-leg comination of PP & alumium die casted mirror finished base with a diameter of 730mm for enhanced stability, equipped with 60mm twin-wheel casters for smooth movement on all surfaces.
