1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Order Cancellation
- Within 12 Hours: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support team at ecom@hofindia.com or +91 99043 04466. A full refund will be issued for such cancellations.
- After 12 Hours & Before Dispatch: If you wish to cancel your order after 12 hours but before it has been shipped, a cancellation fee may apply based on the order’s status and the products involved. Contact our support team for details.
1.2 Order Cancellation by HOF India
HOF India reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
- The product is out of stock or discontinued.
- Payment is not successfully processed.
- Any unforeseen issue affecting order fulfilment.
In such cases, a full refund will be processed.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds
A refund will be issued only under the following conditions:
- The customer cancels the order before dispatch.
- HOF India cancels the order due to product unavailability or other valid reasons.
- The product received is incorrect or damaged, and replacement is not possible.
2.2 Refund Exclusions
- Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to a change of mind after dispatch.
- Products that have been used, assembled, or damaged due to mishandling will not be eligible for refunds.
2.3 Refund Process
- If eligible for a refund, contact our customer support team within 2 days of receiving the product with relevant details and supporting images or videos.
- Our team will assess the request and inform you of the refund process within 3 working days.
- Once approved, the refund will be processed within 4 working days and credited via the original payment method.
2.4 Refund Amount
- The refund will be issued for the product’s purchase price, deducting any applicable cancellation fees and shipping charges.
- Customers will be notified via email or phone regarding their refund status.
- Assembly Service Refund: If the customer assembles the product before our technician's visit, HOF will not issue a refund for the assembly charges.
3. Return & Replacement Policy

HOF India does not accept returns or replacements for products purchased on https://shop.hofindia.com unless they fall under the following conditions:

A return will only be accepted if:
- The product received is not as per the order.
- The product is damaged upon delivery, and no resolution is available.
Customers must initiate the return request within 48 hours of delivery, along with supporting images or videos. Returns will not be accepted for minor color and texture variations or change of mind.
