Warranty Policy
1. Warranty Coverage:
HOF Furniture System Pvt. Ltd. ("HOF") provides a limited warranty on its products against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
2. Warranty Period:
- Office Chairs: Up to 3 years from the date of purchase.
- Sofas & Lounge Seating: Up to 5 years from the date of purchase.
- Workstations & Desks: Up to 3 years from the date of purchase.
- Other Furniture Items: Warranty duration varies by product; please refer to the product-specific warranty card or contact HOF customer support.
3. Warranty Inclusions:
This warranty covers:
- Structural integrity of the product, including frame and base.
- Manufacturing defects in materials such as foam, upholstery, and mechanisms (tilt, height adjustment, etc.).
4. Warranty Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including fading, discoloration, or softening of materials over time.
- Damage due to misuse, negligence, improper maintenance, or unauthorized repairs.
- Damage caused by exposure to moisture, heat, or sunlight.
- Modifications, alterations, or use of non-genuine spare parts.
- Upholstery fabric, leather, or synthetic material damage caused by spills, stains, or improper cleaning methods.
5. Warranty Claim Process:
To claim warranty service:
- Provide proof of purchase (invoice or order details).
- Share a detailed description of the issue along with images/videos, if applicable.

Upon verification, HOF will determine the appropriate course of action, including repair, replacement, or providing spare parts, at its discretion. Transportation costs, if applicable, shall be borne by the customer.
6. Limitations & Liability:
HOF’s liability is limited to repairing or replacing the defective part/product. Under no circumstances shall HOF be liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages resulting from product failure.
7. Governing Law:
This warranty policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
