Refund Policy:

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds:
2.1.1 We offer refunds for the following situations:
a) customer want to cancel before dispatch
b) HOF cancel the order in case
2.1.2 Refunds are not applicable in cases of change of mind or if the product has been used or assembled.

2.2 Refund Process:
2.2.1 If you are eligible for a refund, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of receiving the product. Provide details of the issue along with clear photographs, if applicable.

2.2.2 Our customer support team will assess the request and inform you of the refund process within 3 days.

2.2.3 Once the refund is approved, it will be processed within 4 days. Refunds will be made through the same payment method used for the original purchase.

2.3 Refund Amount:
2.3.1 The refund amount will be the product's purchase price, minus any applicable cancellation fees and shipping charges. The amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
