Terms and Conditions of the Dealership Agreement

• This Agreement shall be for a term of two years unless terminated earlier by the HOF Company.
• The Dealer has to pay Rs. 10,000 Non-refundable enrolment fees.
• Refundable Non-interest bearing dealership fees for different category: Rs. 20,000
• The Dealer has to have a computer, printer, and internet facility for regular communication and follow up with the HOF Company.
• Dealers cannot disclose Company’s Basic & Dealer Price to any one at any circumstances.
• The HOF Company will provide signboard & posters designs and sales literature...
• The Dealer shall make all efforts to promote Sales of the HOF Company’s products.
• The Dealer has to sale minimum of 10-15 chairs per month...
• The HOF Company shall supply the Chairs against 100% advance only...
• Dealer has to borne all courier / Transit charges for any replacement of After Sales Service parts...
• Dealer has to provide after sales service to all HOF client in particular territory.
• The Dealer cannot sale any HOF products on higher rates than the MRP set by the HOF Company.
• The Dealer shall be responsible to follow all Applicable Statutory and Tax Laws...
• This Agreement shall be governed by the Laws of India and subject to jurisdiction of Ahmedabad.
• Minimum agreed sales per month by dealer as per the category: Rs. 3,00,000

• Attached GST Reg; Acknowledgement. I agree to all the above Terms....
• Attached Dealer Visiting Card.
